• SEO scoring across categories including Local Signals, On-Page SEO, Technical Performance, Reputation, and Category Relevance
• AI-generated recommendations and insights

Our service retrieves publicly available data from Google Maps, Google Places, and websites you specify. We do not access private or password-protected content.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ListingOrbit, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Only audit websites you own or have explicit authorization to analyze
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Google Maps Platform Terms of Service
• Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. AI Disclaimer

ListingOrbit uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO audits, scores, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or business outcomes
• AI recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any information provided by the service
• Search engine algorithms change frequently, and our analysis reflects a point-in-time snapshot

5. Payment and Billing

ListingOrbit offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis
• All payments are processed by Stripe; ListingOrbit does not store your payment card details
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun or services have been used
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance

Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern payment processing. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ListingOrbit to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
• Audit websites without proper authorization from the owner
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform for unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or algorithms
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Use the service to spam, harass, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

ListingOrbit Ownership: The ListingOrbit platform, including its user interface, design, algorithms, scoring methodology, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by ListingOrbit. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to ListingOrbit, including business information and website URLs. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ListingOrbit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We disclaim all liability for any SEO performance, ranking changes, traffic fluctuations, or business outcomes resulting from use of our service
• In no event shall ListingOrbit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ListingOrbit in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListingOrbit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By ListingOrbit: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. We may also discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of ListingOrbit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
